Digital Transformation & ERP Implementation for Fleurarôme

Founded in Laval by Jean-Roch Piché, Fleurarôme has been a cornerstone of Quebec's manufacturing industry for 50 years, producing high-quality artificial flavors and concentrated fragrances. However, the company was relying on an obsolete management system over 40 years old, with technology that was no longer supported or updated. The technical experts capable of maintaining the system had retired, making ongoing support impossible. The critical challenge was to preserve this 50-year heritage and migrate 30 years of historical data legacy to a modern, future-proof platform.

We architected and implemented a comprehensive, open-source inspired ERP platform tailored for precision manufacturing. The system automates Bill of Materials (BOM) management, multi-warehouse inventory tracking with automated batch numbering, and integrated financial reporting — providing a 'single source of truth' that connects the production floor directly to the back office.

The transformation enabled real-time visibility into production costs and stock levels for the first time. With automated quality control checkpoints and seamless accounting integration, Fleurarôme reduced administrative overhead by 40% and achieved full regulatory compliance for their expanding export markets in Europe and North America.
